The film stars Vincent D'Onofrio as Bob, a cab driving serial killer who stalks his victims on the streets alongside his reluctant young protégé, Tim aka Rabbit. Abducted by Bob as a child, and now in his teens, Rabbit realizes that his only way to survive might be following in his captors footsteps and thus becoming like the monster who considers himself his father.

? damn! this film is ? crazy! so dark, so sad, so creepy, so odd! its a Amanda Bines type story, where some wierd crazy dude keeps some one tied up for years. minus the comic relief, hollywood happy ending, with ur local happy go lucky black guy. Its focuses on the sad interworking relationship of the hostage and the crazy old dude. felt so sad for the lil boy who grows up with this crazy person. causes his mind to get ? up! very good watch, if u dont mind dark ? . VERY nice twist @ the end btw. does NOT end the way most ppl would think.
