And I'm sure Pac could have pulled off songs that sound 'East Coast' in origin, being that he planned to work with Wu-Tang and BCC before he died..

none of his earlier music had that old new york sound to me.he didn't sound like a new york artist but had a universal sound and powerful messages in his songs.basic ? as far as skills.still the G.O.A.T. though

This thread came to mind, cuz of papoose's recent statement about how he could make those New York songs and that the single that he got sounds more southern, as to display his versatility. -

I could see that and wouldn't entirely disagree, but some of the tracks had that sound to them. -
