It's safe to say that when 25 police officers gathered in a park outside of Philadelphia to participate in a bike school for cops, they weren't expecting to find two people having sex on a bench at 4 pm. And likewise, when Richard McBride and Jennifer Harvey (allegedly) stripped off their clothes for some mid-park sex, they probably didn't think they'd get busted by a bike cop, much less 25 of them at once.

"Imagine being arrested by 25 cops," Upper Darby Police Superintendent Chitwood told Philly.com. "They were as shocked as the police were.”

The Upper Darby Police department holds a five day bicycle training course for officers from other departments every summer. The 25-person class was in the middle of their daily afternoon ride when they noticed the couple by the park's baseball field.

"There they are, on the first base line," Chitwood said. "There's a bench, she is bent over the bench and our friend is behind her with his pants down to his ankle, banging away. These officers go on a tour of Upper Darby to see the sites and neighborhood and instead get taken to sex incorporated."

Harvey and McBride were arrested and charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
