The trailer for this movie was posted on here a long time ago it was a foreign film similar to "attack the block" that was about these two young black gangs that i think took place in london? But in the trailer it showed these young kids on bikes with bats and they either wore mask or i think they're faces were painted black & white but it looked dope. It came out before attack the block and I was trying to rent it on Netflix if not buy it just need a name. It sorta looked like a live action japanime flick, i thought it was the same creator of attack the block but didn't find anything similar to it on imdb...any feedback would help.
