I'll give you some constructive criticism, i won't come off as a hater. Just keep working on your delivery and flow a little bit, the lyrics is there. -

Work on my delivery how? Scale back? Scale Forward? Enunciate my words better? More Energy?

It feels like you are trying to catch up with the beat sometimes, you're not all the way in the pocket yet imo. The way you stretch out words, it's really that crisp and doesn't transition well imo. -

Just listened to the song. Your flow was off on this song, but your lyrics are there. No question about that. Glad you rapped on J. Cole,s NY Times beat, and even though it was a freestyle, this would have been a lot better if you had put this into a song format. This song was screaming out for a hook or a least a bridge.
I give it a "C"
Again, your bars are there. Keep pushing. You got that XXL push but now you got to keep showing and proving. I feel though that you take criticism better than Shenco. -
The lyrics are nice

Flow off point as in I was off beat or off point as in I was in Pocket as well as I could've been?

You sounded like MC Lyte. Dope though you've improved a lot since over the years.
