WASHINGTON -- The United States government took a historic step back from its long-running drug war on Thursday, when Attorney General Eric Holder informed the governors of Washington and Colorado that the Department of Justice would allow the states to create a regime that would regulate and implement the ballot initiatives that legalized the use of marijuana for adults.

so if u are in the military does that mean u can smoke legally in those states? ( most likely not) but ? 18 year olds can drink in Germany..

the liberal states will be the ones 2 do it 1st... ( cali, Oregon, Minnesota, Illinois ect.) the conservative ones will be the ones on some "its a harmful drug" ? ... all the while with a big thing of dip in they mouth... smh.. -

man.... i know it's a long shot... but if texas were to ever... nah ? it, aint no sense in finishing the thought, they make too much offa locking ? and mexicans up.

I feel the same way about Fla. They have some of the most ? , ass backward laws. Like placing a ban on bongs and pipes. But for a state that takes as many L's as it does, no one should be surprised -
