NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - How does a home for $100 sound? That’s the starting price for three homes hitting the auction block in Niagara Falls. The city’s open house program is running the mini auction Wednesday evening at City Hall.
It’s part of their initiative to get vacant, city-owned homes back on the tax roll. The homes need a lot of work, and the winning bidder will have to submit a rehabilitation plan to the city. If you’re game, bidding starts at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers.
