It ain't nothing but racism. his NFL team and college team probably didn't educate him enough so that he could do his job properly. Look at what happened to Colin kapernick this season. His team didn't care enough about him to tell him to switch up his QB playbook knowing that everybody that they play would be coming after his neck.
