Most Td passes in a season.. Broncos

Most wr with 10+ Td catches in a season... broncos with 4

Highest point Average in a season. . Broncos

ONLY TEAM TO SCORE 600 OR MORE POINTS TOTAL IN 1 SEASON... BRONCOS

    I'll just leave this here

Broncos had a soft schedule this year.

Pats had a tough schedule that year. Cowboys, Eagles, Giants, Colts, Ravens, Chargers, Steelers... All very good teams that year.

Plus DB's were still allowed to hit WR's back in 2007. Now they're barely allowed to do their job.

then why didnt every secondary give up over 3 TD's and 340 passing yards per game this season?

Ravens were 5-11 that year and Eagles were 8-8 and they both missed the playoffs. C'mon bruh

5 players with double digit touchdowns. Pats lived and died by Moss. The Broncos are the more complete offense

Eagles were 29th in yards allowed, Cowboys were dead last, Chargers 22nd....not exactly good team drops for this argument lol

It was a shootout with the cowboys and chargers split with denver during the regular season no game is that easy despite the stats

someone on the radio brought this up and they gave an interesting answer.

they said statistically you go wiht the broncos but the Broncos did have a Randy Moss and Welker was better in 07 then he is now, also Broncos benefit a lot now from the rule changes..or there weren't has many rule changes in 07 as there are now

denver does have the better running game..

What rules? Hit on a defenseless receiver? That's not a huge enough rule change to make up for the statistical gap. Broncos don't have a Moss but they have a great group of receiving targets, and in football (unlike basketball) a group is better than an individual. And I'm not sure how Wes's decline is very big either. If Peyton only threw to 2 receivers like Brady was doing, and Wes didn't get hurt, he probably would have gotten his 115-ish catches

bruh..there were more rules added since 07 that cater to offensive football in the NFL. and as you seen that "group" didnt do ish on the biggest stage...8 points, only 8 points....

and about wes..would you rather have 07 wes welker or 13/14 wes welker..pretty simple if you ask me.

stop it bruh, as you can see ? been pickin the 07 Pats since way before the SB was played
if the Broncos actually won or scored some points tonight, people who picked the 2013 Broncos would of had a better argument

No, because the quality of the team isnt based on one game. Had the Broncos won 40-3 it wouldnt have been a drastic difference. The Broncos 2013 offense still better than the 07 Pats.

Pats were even more favored in their superbowl and played a much lesser defense and only scored 6 more points.

What significant ones? Peyton doesn't really get touched, so stuff protecting the QB doesn't really apply. I'm asking you specifically...what rules? They did to terribly last night. Pats offense also did nothing in the SB so I wouldn't make too big of a deal about that. 8 points...14 points...neither one is gonna win you many games.
