You do realize that the death penalty conflicts with the typical liberal political ideology right?

I don't think they have anything to worry about. If Bush isn't on trial for War crimes why would the dems be on trial for anything?

But he wasn't tried by the American courts. In line with that I doubt Obama has to worry about the United States prosecuting him.

Call me a conspiracy theorist, but i thought this bill had more to do with the botched death penalty that occurred in Ohio.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/01/20/shortage-lethal-drugs-ugly-ohio-execution-re-ignites-death-penalty-debate/A shortage of the lethal drugs used to administer the death penalty has re-ignited a battle over capital punishment which has pushed a few states to weigh execution alternatives -- even firing squads.
The battle came to a head last week when Ohio used a new two-drug cocktail to execute an inmate, who had been convicted of ? and murdering a pregnant woman. The execution, though, took roughly 26 minutes and raised concerns about the ability of states to perform executions in a constitutional manner.
They can change the penalty on a Federal level, but can it these legislators change it on a State level? -

look.
you see the things they going after just as well as i do.
the laws they want changed, do not effect the average american citizen.
they effect politicians and government assets.
look at what i bolded again.
they are trying to make High Treason a regular ass crime.
who does that ? ?
people that see their lives bout to bottleneck.
Liberals do that ? . You will be very hard pressed to find liberals in favor of the death penalty -

Why would I admit your completely random shot in the dark is right?
What about all those other crimes that would no longer be punishable by death? You think Obama is planning on killing some infants by torture anytime soon? That must be it, he is planning on robbing a bank and he doesn't want to get the death penalty.

He's a democrat isn't he? Drone bombing is an international crime isn't it?
Why would they need to lose an election to be brought up on charges? If they had evidence to convict them nothing is stopping that from happening before their next loss. -
So it's not about the botched Ohio lethal injection? I guess they plotting assassinations then.
