What movies have you refused to see? Why?

I refused to see The Wolverine after the X-Men Origins movie completely ruined franchise for me.If First Class hadn't randomly come on tv, I wouldn't have seen that either. But I'm glad I did because it revitalized my interest in the franchise.

I also have sworn off any movie about American slavery and Black servitude to Whites. Like many have said before on here, they are Hollywood fetish films. I don't care how "earnest" or "kick ass" they may be. I haven't seen anymore than a preview trailor of Django, The Butler, 12 Years A Slave, or anything else subtly reveling in White supremacy or Black oppression.

And ? Tyler Perry. Steve Harvey fooled me once with that Think Like A Man ? , but I won't be watching the sequel, Taraji or no Taraji.

a lot of french cinema pushes the boundaries in terms of what's watchable

sometime in the last few years i turned into a right little ? so i have a bunch of films lying around of that kind which haven't been touched.

Frontiers and Inside are two such films which i bought when i was into that ? but now looking at them just scares me.

Titanic. I don't want to watch a 3 hour movie where Leonardo plays the biggest simp of all time.

The Notebook. I just do not want to watch a simp film.

Broke Back Mountain. I'm not anti ? , but to actively seek out a film with ? sex scenes makes no sense. I have no interest in watching it. I heard there are not even any shoot outs. What kind of cowboy film doesn't have a pistol duel?

I haven't refused to see anything. There's just some movies I don't actively try and seek out, or if there's something better than whatever movie is on.

    Tyler perry movies
Movies that claim to be about overcoming adversity but in fact is just to make people feel good bout em selves instead of realizing the truth (Precious or anything where fat people are championed specifically.)
Movies that take place in history that are anything but historical but idiots choose to believe that they are fact.
Slave movies. Black History has a lot more depth to it than that damn it.
Any of these new fairy tale movies that offer an teen angst tale to it.
    Most remakes of great movies.
Any new xmen movie, though the wolverine one with the silver samurai looked interesting.
