    Yo the more I be thinking in my mental mind,

    The more I feel that community's should have more authority to govern them selves....

    Loca still crazy as ? , but she's definitely on to something....

    Like here I am, a respectable well known, stand up dude in my community. And if I was to sign up as as police officer, they wouldn't let me police my own community, they'd have me across town somewhere where ? don't know me...

    There's no attachment, no sense of responsibility. It's not like they gonna see me outside of work, so I'm free to be a total ? with very little risk of retaliation. Cops don't police community's they're a part of.

    And that's a recipe for disaster. If you're a cop who knows a kids family, seen him grow up, possibly go to the same church, or went to the same school, basically you know this kid personally, as do you know your entire community.....are you as quick to shoot first, regardless of race?

    I could be completely wrong, which I'm sure some of you will say..but I think not....

    These community's lack the leadership to police themselves. When they start showing enough sense of responsibility that takes care of their issues with out the need to call in strangers who come in looking at everyone with their prejudices already in mind...? like everything we seen is bound to happen eventually
