Pseudo intellectual is just a convoluted way of calling someone pretentious. Someone who speaks on subject matters armed with only cursory knowledge but acts like a professor.

Most of the time I've seen somebody get called "pseudo-intellectual" it's just by some ? who consistently loses debates/arguments or seems to always get outwitted. Or those that think "you mad" is an acceptable comeback for a person over the age of 16.
"You're pseudo-intellectual" is to intellectuality what "? think she cute but she aint all that!" is to ugly ? . A cop-out and a defense mechanism for dumb ? who stay getting ? on by those of superior intellect.
I'll take pseudo-intellectual over the trait most of you exude; no intellect at all. Basically what Im saying is who made you feel stupid? And have you considered speaking to a professional about working through your inadequacy issues?
