GLENDALE, Arizona (KRON) — A 23-year old Arizona woman is facing felony charges after allegedly giving a 13-year old boy a sexually transmitted disease.The child’s mother contacted police after finding out the teen boy had an STD. Authorities say they set up a phone call between the victim and Anna ? -Hernandez in which the older woman claimed she was pregnant with the victim’s child. Police say it’s unclear if ? -Hernandez is indeed pregnant or who the father might be.
Investigators say ? -Hernandez met the boy at a shopping mall and told her she was only 15. She reportedly admitted to having sex with the boy.
Police say the woman’s phone also showed evidence she was using Facebook, Snapchat, Kik, and Tango to contact other young boys. It’s unclear if any of them are victims.
? -Hernandez remains jailed without bail. She’s charged with sexual conduct with a minor, child molestation, unlawful age misrepresentation, and an adult posing as a minor for a sexual conduct.

it could have, but a grown man is not an innocent 13 year old boy. he was impressionable and probably not too informed as far as protecting yourself sexually, or mature enough to even think that far
