Not counting mortgage as debt though technically it is but that money still yours at the end so.

I been saving up since I was 14, by the time I was 18, I had enough for a down payment. I wasn't much of a school dude, plus I didn't go to uni or college so no student loan, saved up forever. Then rented the entire house, all the money went into paying off the house. I never drove, and never had a car until this yr. I never did drugs, never smoked or drank or blew money away on dumb things. I invested my dough on funds and some stocks, and I did cash business on the side. 24/7 getting money, hard work, perseverance, eyes for opportunity and of course frugality, nothing too fancy. -
few hundred dollars on a credit card. Debt is dumb. I've paid for all my schooling with savings. Only reason I have the card is to build credit.
