It's only fair to warn
I was born with a set of horns
And metaphors attached to my damn umbilical cord
Warlord of rap that'll bash you with a two-by-four board
And'll smash into your Honda Accord
With a four door Ford
But I'm more towards droppin an accapella
Than choppin' a fella
Into mozzarella
Worse than a hellacopter propeller
Got you locked in the cella
With your skeleton showing
Developing anorexia
While I'm standin next to ya
Eating a full course meal watching you starve to death
With an ? in your veins
Feeding you liquid darvicet
Pumping you full of drugs
Pull the plugs
On the gunshot victims full of bullet slugs
Who were picked up in an ambulance
And driven
To receiving with the ? ripped outta they pants
And given
A less than 20 percent chance
Of living
Have a possible placement
As a hospital patient
Storing the dead bodies in grandma's little basement
Doctor Kevorkian has arrived
To perform an autopsy on you while you scream "I'M STILL ALIVE!"
Driving a rusty scalpel in through the top of your scalp
And pulling your adams apple out through your mouth
Better call the fire department
I've hired a arson
To set fire to carpet
And burn up your entire apartment

Punchlines and Battle Rhymes what you expect? -
It's just rhyme scheme. Not what he's actually saying in the rhyme.
-
I'm his prime? Did u hear rap ?
-
maybe treach from naughty by nature, em even spit some of his ? on the art of rap documentary

Kool Moe Dee had rhyme schemes like that on "New Rap Language". He did it later in his career but he did it slower than Em. I'd concede that Em took what Kool Moe Dee was doing and took it to another level.
LL Cool J on "Rock the Bells" (Original)
Kool G Rap birthed that style in his verse on "The Symphony" although some argue that Kane's verse was better. Here's the album version. It's better than the video version. I was actually disappointed in the remix I thought the original was perfect.

On the same album (Marley Marl: In Control Vol 1) there's a song called "Live Motivator" by Tragedy. Some people say he birthed the style that Nas uses.

Rakim dabbled in that style on "Let The Rhythm Hit Em"
Treach was rhyming like that in 1992 on his first album
Canibus was using the same style on his verse from "Beast From The East"
Big L and Big Pun both used to rhyme like that.
But yeah, Eminem is nice with the wordplay -
i never understood why people post lyrics without posting them in the structure of bars. like if its a 16 bar verse why break it into like 30 lines? i guess im the only one who trips off that.
