    I use to pay for everything when we were dating.

    I didn't mind my wife then girlfriend was/is worth it.

    As time went on now we have a child, mortgage, and a couple of new vehicles she offers to pick up the bill a lot now.

    I got this 75% of the time.... At the same time, I am not ashamed to let a date or s/o pay for the festivities.

    If I'm out with a new female prospect I always let her know that if she order from the "? menu" ($30+ including dranks and other edible accessories) then she gotta let Pepe Le Pipe (me) run this snake through the drain and though I say it in a light-hearted, jokingly manner... I be serious as ? in my mind.

    It's the best way to find out what the rest of the night is gonna end up being like.
