Talking to a few Parents about their Kids playing football this year. Had one Parent tell me, her Son isn't playing this year, because he is about to fail the 2nd grade. Its cool if that's the stance you want to take, but in the back of my mind, Im thinking for a child that young to fail an entire grade that one the Parents too.
I don't have kids of my own, but I remember Moms going over my work with me at that age and making sure I knew how to do the work.
Correct me if Im wrong, but do you agree that its on the parents if their child in failing school at such an young age?

Parents.
I think no matter what, the parents should be invovled in their school work until they graduate out of high school.
I know I was able to get away w always skipping homework because my parents never cared to check on it. They assumed I was doing it.

That's why I have a traditional mindset when it comes to parenting. I prefer my wife to stay at home and make sure the kids are doing what they need to be doing and being attentive with their schooling.
