It will probably be like what the sports games are doing, when they put an code on the game booklet for online gameplay.

That's when you buy the game brand new. This is when you've already purchased the game, in order to play online, you'll probably have to pay. I am glad I sold MW2 a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng time ago.
