Father arrested for holding down girl so his daughter could beat her

A father in Houston took daddy-daughter time to a whole new level and now he’s behind bars because of it.

45-year-old Darren Keith Patrick is charged with injury of a child, after he allegedly helped his daughter attack her classmate.

Crazy as it sounds police with the Houston Independent School District say a girl was walking home from school in southeast Houston last week, when she was confronted by Patrick and his daughter.

Police say daddy dearest helped hold the girl against a chain-link fence so his daughter could hit and kick her.

Patrick was arrested by Houston ISD police, who turned him over to HPD. He’s behind bars, being held without bond.

Sounds like somebody didn’t pay attention in parenting class, now he’s got some time to think about it while in detention!

I don't know what the girls where fighting about but it kinda sounds like a case of bullying and then the father coming to his child's rescue to help her beat up some kid that was bothering her.

If he were smarter he would have told his daughter exactly how to get the girl back without physically getting involved in it himself.

A case of a hood ? teaching his daughter to retaliate the only way he knows how to.

You can actually hurt a person in a lot of different ways and you don't necessarily have to fight them or even get your hands ? .

we dont know the size differences between the two girls. if a father has to hold the girl rather than let his daughter have a 1 on 1...it musta been a big bitchand a case of....i cant win over this bigfoot ?
