Sound waves disrupts the heavy pull of gravity. This video shows acoustic levitation by sound waves.

NASA is conducting a cold atom experiment in space because the heavy pull of gravity on Earth interfer with the process of refrigeration.

Over time gravity has numerous affects on our body.
Spine
Perhaps, the most noticeable effect of gravity on the body is compression of the spine.

The downward force of gravity causes the discs to lose moisture throughout the day, resulting in a daily height loss of up to 1/2" - 3/4"! The moisture returns to the disc overnight, but not 100%. Over a lifetime, a person can permanently lose between 1/2" - 2" in height!
If gravity can prevent water from flowing uphill, it can also prevent the blood in our bodies from freely flowing upward. Over time, gravity takes a toll on the circulatory system, which may cause varicose veins, decreased scalp circulation and swollen limbs. Poor circulation to the eyes, ears, skin, scalp and brain is one reason why our most valuable organs deteriorate over a lifetime.
So considering all of this I'm thinking that maybe if a person can create some kind of sound waves in the home, beneath their feet, on their floors or under your bed while sleeping that maybe this can disrupt the effects of gravity and lead to healthier aging?

First there is vibrations and then there is sound. From that sound light and energy is created. Our Sun makes strange sounds which means it is vibrating at a fast rate.
