I'm amazed its taken this long for a big company do make a war based in Vietnam. In the CoD engine, you know its gonna be fire.

As long as they significantly toned down the noob tubing, and maybe even the killstreaks, this will be the best FPS eva.

Maybe I'll keep MW2 and trade it towards this, not sure. I'm sure they'll do something like that, some type of credit towards BO.

This might be good, I dunno. I just want a great SP mode, great story, great game play and good hours. I don't think I'm gonna be big on the MP, MW2 burnt out that for me.

im looking forward to the multiplayer.

No Commando ? , No One Man Army ? . The two most broken things about mw2 that makes me want to stop playing it.

also looking forward to the crazy jungles on vietnam and laos, circa 1978. loved watching the old vietnam war movies as a kid so this got me hype. BO looks far more immersive than MW2, which went around from place to place like a cheap ? that didnt know where home was.


also check da madcatz Black Ops controller for ps3. I might pick this up with it, but i dunno..heard some bad things about mad catz.

i read a few reviews and it seems legit... only one problem... No dual shock/vibration!! WTF? i like the way the ps3 controller vibrates differently depending on what gun you use.

anyway, not too impressed with the weapons so far. M16, AUG, MP5k, AK47, Uzi, Spas-12, these were already in MW2. I thought there woulda been a bunch of old school guns from the 70s

There's a gun wall in treyarchs offices and it shows a Skorpian, AK74, and standard MP5. These were all in cod4.
