Supplements are wack to me. If your eating right counting your calories Marco and micro then you should be good

Not debating that. Just that you can get everything you need from food which is way cheaper and easier especially fir someone new to the lifting culture

One would have to eat 500 g raw meat or fish every day to ingest the optimal amount of creatine. Since this is not realistic, supplementation with creatine is both prudent and advisable.
It's a lot of other things that are hard to consume in the optimal amounts from whole foods alone like boron, zinc, GABA, D-aspartic acid (apparently debunked as a test booster though. The guide covers it), and BCAAs -
