My uncle smoked for 20 yrs and just stopped after his friend got a tracheostomy -
My pops and moms stopped cold after chain smoking packs a day for years.

If you're talking about chantix then please stop taking that ? ...
It causes night terrors, hallucinations, depression, and a whole lot of other stuff that affects your behavior... Look it up... -

Security guard I met the other day told me he just stopped all of a sudden after 20 years of 40/50 a day.

Be Careful with that Chantix. It effects everyone differently, but we use that at the Tobacco cessation program here and work and some of them fools go crazy.

My pops smoked for a good 20 years ...Woke up with a hangover and grabbed a cig ...said he never felt so sick in his life....He never picked up another cig after that day.. You just gotta stay focused and not be a ? about it

Mind over matter my G. There's no other way to put it.....don't depend on the nicotine patch or gum or whatever the ? they sell. Do it cold turkey OR look into e-cigs/vapes. I struggle with the ? all the time...longest I've gone is 4 months then boom...back on it. It's all mental.
It gives you cancer and stains your teeth if that helps. -

Disgusting. My mom made me eat 3 cigarettes when I was 12. -

My mom took Chantix for like a month and quit saying the same ? ; that she used to wake up with crazy nightmares. -
? is a disgusting habit. That one of the reasons I don't like staying at my mom's crib when I go home to visit. I'll stay at my sister's or get a hotel, for the most part. And I don't think I could ever date a woman who smoked.
