Fans of the Pirates of the Caribbean series, might get to see Orlando Bloom swashbuckling as Will Turner again!
During an interview the Desolation of Smaug actor admitted he is negotiating with producers over a comeback to the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise in the fifth movie.
In the first three Pirates movies Bloom played the role of pirate Will Turner, but did not reprise the role in the fourth installment, On Stranger Tides, in 2011.
The 37-year-old actor reportedly told fans at an Oz Comic-Con event that he is considering joining the cast of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, reported Yahoo News.
"There have certainly been some discussions about it and I'm open to it," Orlando told the crowd. "That whole experience working with Johnny and [director] Gore [Verbinski] was really amazing for me."
Depp's influence
The actor also revealed how Johnny Depp influenced his film career.
"I had a great time working with Johnny. One of the reasons I jumped at the opportunity was because [he] was involved," he added. "I was such a massive fan of Johnny Depp growing up so to get up close and personal to Johnny and see how he worked as an actor was just a massive gift."
Dead Men Tell No Tales will see the return of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow and Geoffrey Rush as Captain Hector Barbossa. According to rumours, Christoph Waltz will portray the main antagonist.
The fifth instalment in the Pirates series looks set to be a straightforward pirate movie without any "monsters".
Dead Men Tell No Tales will begin shooting in Australia, after ministers approved tax incentives worth a reported $20.2m (£12.4m, €15.6m).
Directed by Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg, the Pirates of the Caribbean 5 is due out in the US on 7 July 2017.

There is a huge discussion on IMDB about whether or not he can come back as Will Turner and finally come back to land.

Effects and villain are dope. I'll see it, but it looks like every other movie in the series. They played it safe which is disappointing, but not surprising.

I just sat down with my daughter a couple nights ago and showed her the Black Pearl for the first time on Netflix a few days ago. We was both hyped.
I had forgot how much I liked that first one. I could probably watch that a hundred times -
Is this the 5th or 6th?

Its was aight but forgettable as all the other sequels.
Geoffrey Rush did his thing and Javier Bardem was a decent villain.
Johnny Depp phoned it in as Jack its more like a parody now than something original.
6/10 hope its the last.
