PHOENIX -- Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer has been arrested on aggravated assault charges in connection with two altercations at his home in late July involving a 27-year-old woman and an 18-month-old child.
Phoenix police announced the arrest Wednesday, the latest in the string of cases involving off-the-field violence by NFL players.
The Cardinals said they became aware of the situation on Wednesday and are cooperating with the investigation. He has been deactivated from all team activities.
Police say the victims are a 27-year-old woman and an 18-month-old child. One of the counts was "aggravated assault causing a fracture."

The law gives some time to report...... -
One Ex football player (I forgot his name) gave a pretty good explanation. He basically said football players go through everyday channel their anger in to controlled violence, and a lot of them never learn to turn it off. So they take some of that with them home and it spills over to their families. I don't know how many of these incidents that explains but it certainly works for some of them.

Why not, I'm pretty sure you could find similar trends with cops and soldiers too. You can't delve in violence and anger all day everyday and think it just turns off because you're home.

word to colin cowherd that show was most likely cut cause it showed at times negative portrayals of football players and the NFL started renegotiating Monday Night Football with espn so they canned the show lol. Politics as usual.
