eatgeekplay.com's Shawn Madden is tweeting that he too has heard about the X-Men TV series and that it specifically is based on Peter David's X-Factor. Says Madden, "The X-Factor series will definitely feature Jamie Madrox and be sort of like 'Fringe in the X-Men world.'"
Original story follows.
If the latest rumors are to be believed, the X-Men may be the latest property to join the massive comic book TV show arena.
According to Bleeding Cool, sources tell them 20th Century Fox is currently in "deep development" on a live action X-Men series that is starting to get some interest.
We've known since March that Fox was considering adapting their Marvel properties (which include X-Men, Fantastic Four, X-Force, Deadpool, and New Mutants) for the small screen. At the time, X-Men: Days of Future Past writer/producer Simon Kinberg noted that "the serialized format of comic books is better suited for TV."
As of now, there are no details on what we could expect from an X-Men TV series. Stay tuned to IGN for the latest on the potential project.

I don't know maybe they should wait for a break in the series. Or they could link it to the movie like avengers did. Maybe base it around smaller characters and have small cameos from larger character's.

Maybe itll be totally different mutants

Why?
-
Yea,.....no.

Boooooooooooooo....still haven't watched Gotham...the CW knows how to make a Superhero TV Show and even they ? ? up all the time...every other network nah

I have no problems with this. Shonen has been flipping their comics into animation for decades pumping out classic shows. Its about time big networks start flipping these comics to live action. Hopefully they come properly. Its fox tho. We gotta see netflix, HBO or showtime take that on for it to truly be dope.
Come to think of it I thought Netflix had a deal with marvel to develop live action series in 2015. Can anybody confirm?

not sure how to feel about this one...part of me thinks they'll ? it up, but I watch Marvel's Agents of SHIELD regularly, even tho it's still iffy...still haven't peeped one episode of Gotham yet, and it'? 3-4 episodes already, smh

Didnt they have the stretch guy as the main character or something? I just had a flashback of dude wrapping himself around the villan (nh) and falling out a building i think.
