juice(real juice) is good if u want sugars

Well my milk eggs and real juice gets delivered when it gets here I will post a pic for IC. VALIDATION
all in all the kids drink lots of water I buy the enhanced flavor supplements at times. But I do spend a good 100 on just junk food snacks a month
They r kids and a lot of times I use the snacks as a means of keeping the house clean and other rewards -
