I'm the type of guy that does without fancy, name brand clothing, expensive cars (or even a car at all), or the biggest house.
And this wouldn't change no matter how much money I ever make. For some reason, they do nothing for me.
Anyone else like this?

I live within my means. I avoid liabilities ,whether it be car notes or monthly payments for (furniture, tvs, etc) and wait till I generate enough bread from my side hustles/assets , that I could can just buy whatever I want in full. Most mfs never learned how to budget correctly. If they make 1200 every 2 weeks, their expenses will normally match or exceed that amount.

I'm humble but I don't see that as a virtue.
I don't ? wit' credit, but no reason not to have what I want and can afford in life.
What the ? is an "extensive" car anyway ?
Is that like one of those really long versions of a car - like this ?

Ok, but that's not exactly what I mean. If you could easily afford, say, a Mercedes S600, would you buy it (substitute some other car if you don't like this one)? I wouldn't. -

I have a budget for everything. I only use the income from my 2nd job to live off of.
I funnel my excess money into an account that is out of sight, out of mind.
Set aside 4,000 a year at the beginning of each year for EMERGENCIES ONLY.
Pay my mortgage 6 months in advance every 3 months. Same for utilities. I have a 900.00 credit with Sprint, 400.00 credit with DirecTV.
Hit Sams or Costco every 2 months and stock up.
I set aside 700.00 every month to just enjoy myself, if I don't use it all, put it into my excess account.
This came from doing my taxes, seeing that I made a good amount that year, but only had 50$ to my name. I vowed to never do that ? again.
It's hard to fight the itch of buying ? you don't NEED, but WANT, but after being broke, you will find that motivation QUICK. -

Yeah, I probably could be doing better with women (esp. black women) if I weren't like this. I ain't gonna lie. But I'm not gonna change. -

I don't really have any extravagant tastes. Couple that with the fact that I have a good job and handle my money pretty well...I can pretty much buy whatever I want at any given time. I'm winning.
