Rip to your mom man, i know that had to be tough! Stuart was an icon and most people didnt even know it, I really dont think he knew how much he meant to everybody especially his black viewers, we all could relate to stuart scott when he first started out at espn. -

This ? is sad as hell man. Couldn't nobody on ESPN hold it together and no blame to them for it. Stuart Scott seemed to be one of the few people at ESPN everybody really did like w/o any behind the scenes ? .

my man just left ESPN last month after working there for 3 years and to work for Nielson. I just got off the phone with him, dude is really hurt. He had nothing but nice things to say about him

I mean seriously how could you not like stu....we dont even know him personally and we like him.I could imagine what type of person he really was offset probably a greater person. -

Rest In Power to a good reporter.
-
Makes me really sad to hear this news. He was the voice of my sports generation.
I feel bad for his daughters but I know if they are even half as great as their father then they will be fine and they will make a great impact on this world. -
I'm not looking for GOATs or Cosigns on this post, because what I'm about to say is all the way real...
I got two daughters, and this ? got to me... I was almost in a diabetic coma a few months before my first daughter was born and I understand completely what the folks on ESPN said and Stuart himself said in the tribute about fighting so he could stay with his daughters. And yeah ? cancer, lost one of my favorite aunts to Ovarian Cancer.

Yea, that'll teach them something. Obviously, they're going to pay their respects. Don't even know why you brought up those 2 shows in particular. -

i brought up those shows because they particularly have a "young urban" audience which probably would not be possible if not for him.
and it will actually teach them something..
