NCAA bans players rolling up their jerseys

They took away the tinted visor years ago. Now this BS.
There will be no more rolled-up jerseys during games. The NCAA recently released new rules for the upcoming college football season, and the crop-top styles are in the past. Players will not be allowed in the game if their jerseys are rolled up.
Here's what the NCAA had to say about the jersey change:
Officials will treat illegal equipment issues – such as jerseys tucked under the shoulder pads or exposed back pads – by making the player leave the field for at least one play. The equipment must be corrected for the player to return to the game. The player may remain in the game if his team takes a timeout to correct the equipment issue.

Stop trying so hard to get a laugh you dumb ? .
Players (mostly blacks) have worn their jerseys like this in the past.
The NCAA seems to have a tendency of taking away player expression or things the players and/or fans enjoy.
Also, other things like tinted visors, words on the eye black, certain celebratiions, etc that have been banned.
Then, they changed the clock rules to shorten the game, players have to come out game if helmet comes off, targeting/ejection BS, etc. Just seems like there are much more serious issues to address.

I never got why you would want your mid section exposed like that any way
-
NCAA has been on that no attempts of trying to look cool will be tolerated here, no fashion statements allowed time for a while now.

Just like the NFL. I remember hearing that teams had to submit a form to the league in July stating what color socks and shoes they gonna wear on field every upcoming season. -

Never understood why ? done that ? anyway

Respect them.
I feel no type of way about the rule though. -

You don't have pads there. It's always expose in a football sense. -
Those tinted visors used to look tough, though.

That ? was dumb int he 80s and 90's when they did it too -
I thought they banned the tinted visors because if someone has a potential head/spinal injury the medical staff can't see their eyes.
