I have a huge boil/ ingrown hair bump growing the side of my neck. I've had hair bumps before but not like this. It looks like a ? . I can see it protruding out the side when I look in the mirror and it looks like a nipple. For two days I've tried warm compresses to bring it to a head. Yesterday I tried to pop it with a needle like I saw in a YouTube video but no such luck. The area around it is a hard lump. This ? is painful and its making my life hell. Sleep is excruciating and its hard for me to look behind me when backing out of the driveway. I need relief quick fast and in a hurry. Any doctors or dermatologist in the house?

Your going to have buy some Tend skin. It will smooth the hair out. And depending if your light skin or dark skin you should be able to see the hair and just pluck it out with a very thin needle, like a thread. But never pick at it unless you see the in grown hair. Continue using the tend skin until the ingrown hair is transparent enough to be plucked out. But if it's a boil then your going to have to use some Epson salt

Tend skin or Skin Tight. If that ? don't work, go see a doctor.

Bruh when you bust it with the needle you gotta pull the ingrown hairs out with tweasers otherwise you gone make it worse.

? just reminded me of boil I had one time that came right before a 10-hour car ride smh. I had one one back that took forever to get to a head. I don't really get back acne and for like a week I thought it was like a little prickly thing stuck in my shirt cause Everytime I leaned back against a chair it felt like something sharp was poking into my back.
Finally I looked in the mirror and it was like a nipple right in the middle of my back. All I could do to reach it was grab two long spoons and reach back with both arms, one over my shoulder and one over my side, and pop that ? .
Blood and ? shot out all over the place and I scraped out a fuckload of nasty ? after it popped. ? damn that ? hurt!
A few days later I made a girl i was seeing pop that ? AGAIN and got even more ? out.
I seriously have a crater in the middle of my back where that thing was that is basically a scar at this point. -

Update: the boil drained last night while I was sleep. I slept in my computer desk chair last night with my feet kickped up sleeping on the bed was too painful. Either way thank hod its over.

Yea man I had one too. Took my crazy uncle Mal's advice and used toothpaste. -
Use apple cider vinegar. It's a good cleaning agent and it dries up boils and warts.
