For those of you who ? with British cinema and don't mind time period films. This show is dope, I think the writing is excellent.

Season 1 & 2 are streaming on Netflix

Season 3 airs April 29th on BBC

I think Peaky Blinders second season wasn't as good, I feel Ripper Street has got better over time. I really didn't enjoy the Elephant Man episode at all.

    Why not?

I just finished watching 2.5 eps of PB and wasn't really that impressed, it's getting better but some of the scenes the way they're shot are terrible. Some of the acting is not that good, and why is there rock & roll music playing in the background sometimes? This was ? 1918! I usually give any series 5 eps before I make a decision, also the only thing similar between RS & PB is the time period.
