I'm pretty sure she had threatened legal action on the forum so I'm sure that's no secret. Now whether or not she follows thru is different but if she did I would help her if I could.
@_Jay_ So why's she still a mod again? Shouldn't she be relieved of her duties pending investigations?
That would make sense on the surface......but, if they relieved her of her duties.....she could probably use that against them in court by saying she was discriminated against for being a whistleblower or something.
I suppose it might depend on the legal classification of a mod.
Meaning, is it viewed as an actual job....or is it seen as some other classification.

Apparently Chuck was violated and a video of her giving some good head was uploaded to xvideos.com and you know these porn addicts sniffed it out. Next thing we know, a recorded webcam chat of Six acting naughty is dropped on the IC, leading to threats of legal action from Six against choice…personally I was like really ? ? After all your recent shenanigans? But whatevs.
So now chuck is fully rubbing it in that six is no better than anybody else and it got her banned and the IC has been in a uproar since…the end.

Girl, we're in 2015 and chicks still don't realize that choice is not a good dude and if you show him your ? , ass, ? ....etc, they will end up on the IC. The outcome never changes and the betrayal is pretty much inevitable.
In order to peruse something legally it would help her to have some of his other exposure "victims" corroborate the things he's done but before I was willing to do that I wanted the whole story. Cali might have been a good source as well had she not ? on her so profusely for the same things she would up doing.

Well it's no secret that any enemy of JG's is a friend of mine....but in this instance six's actions seem just as bad as his were. Sounds like she was dishing it out but couldn't take it.
