Didn't watch the video but obviously all the ? these cops are doing is foul.
-
foul as hell, she was recording from a distance wasn't interfering, and even moved back once one of the agents motioned for her to do so, other pig just came in on some ? .. bet he wouldn't have done that if it was a man.
-
she should've been recording from across the street like the other person, she was way too close

How was she interfering?
Since you consider what she did foul -

Him kicking the phone when it was on floor is even more funny and ? up.
-
It was definitely foul of him to smash her phone. That was uncalled for. I would like to see what happened prior to her arguing w/ them.
-
That dude came running at her like a dog that just realized the gate was open. That ? was unnecessary as hell.
-
Lol at the woman recording everything
*GASP* *GASP* ..... maan if you don't stop all that gasping and hold the camera steady -
More white entitlement. There was no need to be a ? like that. It might not have been the right thing to crush her phone, but if somebody came to my work space and started telling me how to do ? I would be pretty ? too.
She really didn't need to be that close. Dudes were in full gear with ARs and ? , why the ? would you wanna be that close to some ? that could pop off? -

The law states interfering not how close a person is.
So again how did she interfere? What did she stop them from doing?
Now don't get me wrong of course people have to be kept at a distance but she was not close enough to them to prevent from doing anything.
Its not like they was trying to raid the house and almost tripped over her or bumped into her. -
Honestly if it was me, I would have just made a "FFFFFffffffff!" noise at her and waved my hand at her to move her out of the way, in the same a rancher would try move..... a heffer.... out of the way.

man the only thing that seems to be under question is how close she was to the marshals doing their investigation. Didn't seem like she was too close to the first 2 officers, as they didn't even react to herThe Lonious Monk wrote: »That dude came running at her like a dog that just realized the gate was open. She interfered with them securing a parameter...Black_Samson wrote: »She was close enough to be mistaken for a hostile.

I dont think the cops cared that much how close she was, it looks to me like the combination of her distance and the fact that she kept talking at him instead of just silently recording and that ? him off

Giving the cops a green light to do ? like this leads to them getting with the ? they get away with. A cop breaking a phone is necessary ? I doubt it.
