FWIW there's this trick combine prospects do where they essentially slouch and refrain from truly stretching on their standing reach (which is used in calculating vertical jumps) to enhance their vertical jump test results. Pat Connaugton had one of the shortest standing reaches for his height in NBA combine history(after coincidentally getting measured months prior this where he had displayed a normal standing reach for his height) so many NBA scouts are saying he just gamed the testing system- which means his max vertical is probably effectively around 40-41 at best. Which is still elite.
By the way, anyone who watched Notre Dame play knew Connaugton was a rare white boy with crazy hops. He and Grayson Allen - a white freshman from Duke, were making plays that only the elite black athletes could pull off in ACC conference play.
FYI Justin Anderson(6'6 231, 7 foot wingspan and only 5% body fat) is actually the most explosive and highest pure leaper in this combine, when you actually analyze the combine testing results. He's prime Vince Carter-esque, athletically.
Justin Anderson and Robert Upshaw are my sleepers in this draft. They will go mid-to-late 1st round and have the ability to potentially contribute to a playoff team. -
5 on 5 for the 2nd round guys was weak with a few standouts.

Christmas was balling. Andrew Harrison was solid. I want Upshaw or Mickey in the 2nd round. -

Anything inside the top 4 I'm cool with.
We need a pg, so Russell or mudiay will do for me. But knowing hinkie he might trade down .... -

Maybe but Connauton also was bouta fastest in the sprint and lane agility too. Plus he throws almost 100 on the diamond he hella gifted -

I'm excited about the draft and Summer League because I want to see what my Spurs are gonna do and what foreign draft and stash prospects are gonna come to play for the team. This off-season is one of the most interesting one's in a long time for my team

Honestly I doubt they get anybody big named in free agency this season, if they do I would be shocked. We will see in a little while though -
Let's go Detroit!!

Sixers need a point guard and it was already reported that they would target mudiay
No, russell. -
If Russell and Embid pan out all that tanking was worth it. Yall still need to upgrade the wing tho.
