Man, Augustine should be the starter from what I've seen in the preseason.
Cartier Martin may be a damn good value signing.
With Nash out, maybe the Lakers kick the tires on Brandon Jennings for some expirings. -

Kidd had 38,14 and 14
Nash had 42 and 13
They went at it. You just don't see duels like that, that often anymore.

The Lakers are done for a few years. To make the Nash thing even worse for the Lakers they have to send their 1st round pick back to Phoenix part of the Nash trade next year. The Lakers get to keep their pick if they land the 1-5 pick. I don't think they will be top 5 worse teams but probably low 30's wins if Kobe is healthy

Yeah, Augustine has looked a lot better than Jennings. Jennings offense has been way too inconsistent still. I think for now we should still keep both PG's though. Augustine should put a lot of pressure on Jennings to play better knowing that he could lose his starting spot. If we can trade Jennings for another PG, hopefully it can be a bigger guard with more defensive capabilities.
Lol... Imagine Brandon Jennings and Nick Young on the same team though...
Word, Cartier Martin has been a pleasant surprise too, especially with our SG's injured. -
