your job is to fire people during the bad economy.

you know the impact it will have on these people because you just came out of not having a job for quite sometime. you know how hard it was to find a job....so you understand that too. and some of the people are old or older.

could you take this job and do it efficiently?

    This happened to my cousin. He wasn't in a desperate situation per say, but choosing who got laid off after the budget got screwed a few years back for the city of LA fell upon him.

    He took it kind of hard at first, to be honest. But then he had kids, and found healthy habits to preoccupy himself with helped a lot I can imagine.
