    Theory 1: Everyone in the future is on drugs and keeps their body hair shaven to forgo having to provide hair samples under a new oppressive futuristic government regime.

    Theory 2: Austin Powers failed cuz he was somewhere gettin some thoat while his nemesis was elsewhere succeeding to finally take over the world. As a result everybody now is walkin around made in Dr. Evil's image with the gray suit and baldy swag.
