Probably fight cards have to be submitted and tests like ? /drug/hbv etc are needed
Some states require fingerprints
And a license to fight
And fights have to be approved
You aren't selling tickets so MAYBE it's not necessary. But you are taping it.
I know more about laws in Texas than Cali though
