Help a brother out with finding a song?

I'm thinking of a particular song that samples KRS One's line "Where I'm at if your soft your lost" from BDP's song "Love's Gonna Get'cha." I know I have the song and that I've heard it countless times, and it's going to be very obvious when I figure it out, but for some reason I can't remember it, and it's messing with my head. Google's no help.

Alright, after combing through my music library for a while, I found it. It was CMW's "Growin' Up in the Hood" and the sample was shorter than I thought.
