CINCINNATI — The family of the black man shot and killed during a traffic stop last week has hired the attorney who got George Zimmerman acquitted in the death of Travyon Martin.

Mark O’Mara, a criminal defense attorney from central Florida, confirmed Monday he would represent the family of 43-year-old Samuel Dubose.

Cincinnati Police officials said University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing shot and killed 43-year-old Dubose after pulling his vehicle over in Mount Auburn on July 19.

Tensing fired one shot at Dubose, killing him, according to a police report. Tensing was wearing a body camera at the time. Officials have released the police report and radio recordings, but so far declined to release the video footage despite requests...
