LBJ got mutiple first team all defense but he don't lockdown the opposing every game.

Russ helps the team so much. He puts pressure on the bigs that gets Ibaka open shots.
He plays hard defense and attacks the board. He never sulks.
KD needs to do all the time and not just sometimes. He needs to attack the rim instead of jumpshots. He should be in the high post more often. -

Don't get Roberson engaged enough so they end up playing 4 on 5

russ helps them a lot but also hurts em relatively too much for a player of his caliber

Kobe was a great, but overrated defender. He gambled a lot on defense. Sometimes it paid off, sometimes it didnt.
