Whats the verdict on this song? I remember when it came out on Kay Slay's album. He was all over Kay Slay's mix tapes and everybody thought he had next, but it was 10 years before his album finally dropped.

Played this song for a persuassive speech i gave on why you should listen to rap music in college
Pap could spit with anyone but seems to struggle at putting together a full song or album -
The lyrics made sense too, he was telling a story he wasn't t just rhyming the alphabet, that's what makes it impressive.
-
wasted potential
-
? was nice too bad we had to wait so long for a subpar album
-
He should be the poster boy for why you should strike while the iron is hot...
Song has always been dope imo... -
Song always reminds me of what might of been. The handling of Paps career from '05 up till The Nacirema Dream dropped was a damn waste.
-
Never was a fan just remember ? talkin about this song and pap like he had next
-
I thought that joint was flames when I first heard it
Hearing it now it sounds like a worse version of L's ebonics -
If it was up to pap that album wouldve been out a long time ago but yall know how these labels are
-
Pap could have been something. I had this ? on repeat in middle school
-
One of the best songs I ever heard, I remember hearing this in 2006 I think. In some ways, this could be better then Big L's Ebonics
-
ITS DOPE FOR SOME FAKE CANIBUS ?
-
This and them "Law Libraries" will be some of his best work.....

Maaaan I remember I musta been about 15 or so. I was the rap ? while everyone else was still on that terrible UK grime scene. ? didn't wanna hear it, but I thought it was wack then and I think its wack now.
Like I told ? then, Execution > concept. A dope idea for sure and there are some amazin' parts but it all has to work it is ruins the whole thing. -

It was, in relative terms. But coz I was always more into lyrics than anythimg else and grime was almost 100% about hype and energy it wasn't really for me. There were maybe like 5 guys I listened to and then obviously the u16 then u18 club bangers/beef starters
