IMO, more victims in a situation like this doesn't help. It muddies the truth. If it's true I hope everyone has evidence or went to the actual police.

I just read the story. Messed up. There needs to be call stand up for yourself. You don't help yourself or possible future victims if you don't file a report.

If it were my own daughter, I would be so angry if the first time I heard of her ? was social media.

? up how a ? can lose everything off of allegations said on twitter.

It ? up how any man can lose his freedom over ? allegations that end up false years later because the accuser admits yrs later they lied. It's even crazier that there is no law in the book prosecuting women who admit they lie then change the story later.

? is underreported as it is. You would be surprised at how many women are technically ? but keep it to themselves because they already know what it entails:
    1) no evidence no case.
Meaning unless she was beat to ? theres no evidence
    2) the victim is always put on trial
Classic he said - she said. "She is a hoe." " She asked for it..." " What did she think would happen when .."
    3) self blame
"If i hadnt gave him the wrong idea..." "i drank too much" etc

Its more trouble than its worth

    BUT....

Im not going on a limb to say she is telling the truth or not, but crimes don't always get reported.

    Not true

That's more feminist propaganda than anything

most crime is underreported so why would ? be an exception?

CERTAIN crimes may be underreported but ? is not one of them.

Asking for proof isn't victim blaming

Females absolutely are getting ? out here but the actually # isn't as high as feminists would like you to believe

So then what are you basing those claims on?

Another one just came out and said her ? her.
In the wake of adult film actress Stoya speaking out on Twitter to say that fellow porn star James Deen had ? her, two more adult film stars have the accused so-called “feminist hero” of sexual assault.

Tori Lux and Ashley Fires both say that Deen attacked them. In a statement published Monday by The Daily Beast, Lux wrote that in June 2011, Deen asked her to “sniff his testicles.” When she refused, she says he grabbed her throat, pinned her to a mattress and hit her in the face several times before forcing her face into his groin. She says the incident took place on a “major porn set,” but not while filming.

Fires told the Daily Beast on Monday that she refuses to work with Deen because “he almost ? me.” She says that when she was getting out of the shower at a porn studio (she did not specify what year this occurred), Deen "[came] up from behind me and push[ed] himself and his ? into my butt." She says he then pushed her against the sink and started grabbing her before eventually listening to her pleas of "no." She also claims that "a year or so later Deen confronted her about the incident and ordered her to 'stop telling people about it.'"

Both allegations come two days after Stoya, who is an actress, writer and Deen’s ex-girlfriend, made public allegations against the adult actor.

The hashtag #SolidarityWithStoya quickly sprung up in support of the star.

Deen responded to Stoya’s allegations in a series of tweets Sunday evening, calling them “both false and defamatory.”

Deen did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Huffington Post about the subsequent accusations from Lux and Fires.

? survivors in general have a difficult time getting law enforcement to take them seriously, and it only becomes more difficult when the assailant is an influential man -- like Bill Cosby -- or when the victim is a sex worker.

Lux wrote that she had never reported the incident or spoken up about it previously because she assumed law enforcement would not take her seriously.

“The reason for that is because people -- including the police -- tend to believe that sex workers have placed themselves in harm’s way, and therefore can’t be assaulted,” she wrote. “Of course, this claim couldn’t be further from the truth, as being involved in sex work does not equate to being harmed.”

So ashamed they don't tell the police but tell you. That really makes a lot of no ? sense

    It's the truth though....

I understand the whole, they won't believe me argument, but to not try doesn't make sense.

If someone burglarizes my home right now, I don't even expect the police to solve who did it. But me filling a report bring awareness to the crime and to my neighbors around me.

They might not find the person because of my house, but if the do it again, they might be able to piece together some more info.

I'm not trying to hit a home run, just trying to make sure I do something when at bat.

And that has what to do with a sexual assault claim? Especially if the guy they're accusing is white

    Unfortunate

    But most crimes go unreported

In large part because ppl believe the police are corrupt or grossly incompetent...or the criminal justice system does not work for them

Than most victims of sexual violence struggle with guilt and self loathing

Think that says more about soceity/police-public relations/ criminal justice system than an individual
