The Heroes Reborn season finale will be the franchise's series finale, as well, NBC chairman Bob Greenblat says. The executive made the announcement at the TCA press tour. The one-season revival was always meant to be a finite story, but this answers the question of whether more would come after these characters' stories played out.
"That was always the plan, unless Tim woke up one day and said, 'Oh, I have another chapter to tell.' But I think we're coming to the end of the world, maybe. Stay tuned," he said.
Tim, of course, is creator Tim Kring - who initially said Heroes Reborn may be the catalyst for more. His indications when speaking of the story last year were that if it were to continue, it would probably be with different characters each season - but it seems that's now something they won't have the chance to do.
"As far as I know, there's no more incarnations of Heroes coming," Greenblatt said fairly definitively.
There is one more version coming, though, a video game called Gemini will hit as a digital download for current consoles on Tuesday January 19, telling a side-story that takes place (at least partially) around the timeline of Heroes Reborn. But after that, and the January 21 series finale of Reborn, it seems the Heroes world is ending.

Eh their own fault for making the series get into the meat of the story so damn late. Flash, Arrow, and even AOS jumped right into it when they started.

I watched it, but I did find myself fall asleep a couple of times.
Maybe that's why I didn't watch the original -

S1 was goat man check that one out -
Comeback was pretty weak tbh. If I didn't have it set on the PVR I'm not sure I would have kept watching.

The first episode didn't grab me and I wasnt interested until the june13th episode (great episode btw). By that time I think ppl already clocked out.
They're so many shows on tv and ppl attn span are shorter that your first episode got to come out the gate swinging

it was only supposed to be a season in the first place. I guess NBC thought they could revive this train wreck with an even weaker product.

They left too many of the original cast out.
I think people would latch on with the Petrelli brothers, Skylar and Claire in the mix. -

They couldn't save the show. They ? up sylar character when they tried to make him a sympathetic figure. S1 sylar will always be GOAT villian -

If they didn't dance around the missing characters with the storyline it would have faired better. The Claire situation had to be embarrassing. Should have had a completely new story altogether. Only person they really "needed" was hiro. -
The original Hero's had me more Lost than the TV show Lost and I didn't even wanna give heros reborn a chance

This last ep was ok, but they could've just used Hiro for this. They basically brought in another guy with Hiro's ability to save the day. There has to be more to this
