Oh, just your classic case of teacher sleeps with student, student video tapes them having sex and shares it with the entire high school, teacher gets fired and arrested for her actions, and now the teacher is suing the 17-year-old student because of it…
WAIT, WHAT?
The Huffington Post reports:
Tanya Ramirez, a former teacher and coach at a high school in Corpus Christi, TX, admits that she slept with a 17-year-old student, and pleaded guilty to an improper relationship between teacher and student. But now, Ramirez, 31, is suing the student, Tristan, for invasion of privacy after he, she says, secretly recorded their romp, texted it to 11 of his friends, and then, she says, it was posted online. She is also suing his mom for defamation, after she publicly called Ramirez “a sexual predator” and accused her of sleeping with other students as well.
Whoa. Is this lady serious!? Apparently so, as she brought her case before the jury of Dr. Phil viewers (is that anyone, actually?), attempting to proclaim why, despite pleading guilty to the charges, she still feels she deserves compensation for what happened.

Bank robbers don't sue security companies for invading their privacy. Her privacy wasn't invaded, that young man simply gathered evidence of her criminal act

Now that I think about it, I had some pathetic ass teachers. Ms Pitt, our form teacher, was mad into us black rough kids. She used to ask us how to get to places when she had dates then she'd discuss them in class with us the next day. I am 100% sure one of us cudda poked if we'd flung her a compliment or two.

He's 17 and did what most 17 year old teens would do in that situation if they smashed a teacher which is tell at least 1 person...well except he told 11 -
