i didnt either until i saw that part with commentary from the directors....one main thing they point out is that she was wearin heels at first then walked away with flats on...or vice versa but basically he imagined her being there as his way of closure....they didnt say if thats what really happend or not tho guess they wanted to leave room for disscussion -

I know right. I can't speak on her hair; it's ok I guess but nothing spectacular. Her face however leaves me uninspired. The eyes are beautiful no doubt. However the rest of her features remind me of someone I could see on any given day walking down the street. She's another example of an "open" face that's not all that pretty; like Julia Roberts. They both have great screen faces but are not necessarily beautiful. -
