See this is the problem that I have with the current society we live in now is that people are trying to force everybody to be PC. I ain't got ? against ? as who they prefer/what they do behind doors are not affecting me in anyway or form. I'm a ? (was born w/cerebral palsy) and the way that I was taught that not everybody is going to be for me or want to get along with me. My outlook in life or when I'm out in the streets is that I live among the same laws & rules just as anyone else regardless of my impairment.
Really though dude shouldn't be charged with a hate crime but if any charges were pressed he probably would be as all it would take is for the ? dude to bring out the subject of his sexual orientation because law enforcement is so sensitive about what constitutes hate crimes. Honestly all I saw from the video was a good ol' fashioned ass whoopin on the ? dude for being disrespectful with the ? he popped out of his mouth.
? , straight, ? , whoever etc., you can't just be talking wreckless to folks and not expect ? to happen. Some folks get killed over a little bit of nothing. -
