Do You Brush Your Teeth Before or After Breakfast?

Just curious. Let's talk dental health?
Apparently, you're supposed to brush before and after eating, but aint nobody got time for that. I doubt that most people do both. So which do you do? Which is better? Do you also brush before going to bed? Do you brush at all? Floss?
A brother hungry, and I can't decide whether to brush now and then eat a bowl of cereal and taste nothing but toothpaste. Or eat a bowl of cereal and all the bacteria that comes with morning breath and then brush afterwards. I usually brush before breakfast though but thinking about switching it up.

On the real...i brush in the morning and brush and floss before bed...i smoke so i try to do all I can..

If im eating breffast out then naturally i brush before i leave the house
If im making it myself i see no problem with brushing your teeth after seeing as how u aint gotta be around people and whatnot
If u do gotta be around people in the morning id brush my teeth first thing
Sometimes brushing your teeth right before going at the orange juice messes up the taste.

i don't usually eat breakfast but i brush after i have my coffee. but brushing before breakfast seems like a waste.

It would be before breakfast and before I go to bed. I brush and floss before I go to the gym. Considering that I had to have my #2 molar pulled, (because I wasn't going to the dentist like I was suppose to,) I realized that if I didn't stay on top of my dental health that my teeth would start falling out of my mouth and ya boy can't run around here looking like a dope fiend.

plus i brush my teeth in the shower..
i normally shower twice a day due to the gym so whenever that happens during the day...
so if i run up out the house without showering it wasn't even important enough for me to brush my teeth either. lol -

After breffus. I ain't trying to eat toothpaste with bacon and eggs. Before bed. I don't floss as much as I should. I use mouthwash tho haha. Tryin to get in the habit of flossing.

I brush my teeth before and rinse with water. Y'all folks just leaving that toothpaste foam all in y'all mouths and ? no wonder y'all got minty orange juice

i brush around midday after lunch
at night i brush without toothpaste and floss -
Truth be told, I brush right before I walk out the door and before I go to bed. In theory that's twice a day.
But I've noticed that if I don't leave the house I could go all day without brushing my teeth until I go to bed.
There's something about walking out the door that triggers the thought of brushing my teeth. I could be dressed, ready to go with my coat on and just as I'm leaving the house I think to myself, 'I've got to brush my teeth' and I go back in the house and brush.
Also, I always wait until after I eat to brush my teeth. It doesn't make sense to brush your teeth and then eat. -

Well a lot if yall eat ass so idk why I'd expected y'all to be civil individuals and brush your teeth as soon as you get up.
It makes sense.
